Cancer is the modern day black death, and it's prevention and avoidance have become major issues of modern life. While some things have been proven to cause cancer, other things are suspected to with little or no scientific evidence. San Fransisco is considering a law requiring cell phones to have a cancer warning on the box, due to the devices being used constantly while emitting non ionizing radiation. Non ionizing radiation is not known to cause cancer, but some worry that it's a risk.
